St. George weight loss & wellness is the best there is! I was contemplating weight loss surgery before I came into their clinic. I can’t remember why I hesitated to come here in the first place. I’m sure it was one of a million excuses that we all make. I wish I would have started earlier. I’m an athlete and nutrition has always been my downfall. The tools, both medically and mentally, that became available to me by working with Greg have allowed me to overcome my previous pitfalls and I have never felt in better shape. My 44th birthday is tomorrow and I feel more physically capable now than I did 20 years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I have lost 40 pounds with their program and have been able to keep it off! I couldn’t have reached my goal weight without them! The medical provider spent time with me explaining the medication and answered every question and concern I had! They also offer education on how to maintain my goal weight once off the medication. I love that every month I get a body composition analysis with my appointment! This insures that I am losing fat and keeping my muscle! They are truly invested in my health and well-being!
