Such a wonderful facility with friendly staff. The staff really seem to care about their patients and it shows. I would highly recommend to anyone or their family members. You will not regret it❤️
My grandmother, Eileen, was at St. Francis for several months. She was a feisty gal so I’m sure she was challenging at times for staff! But everytime I visited and my grandma wasn’t in her room, the nurse’s station knew exactly where she was and would walk me over. I miss my grandma everyday and I know a nursing home is not anyone’s ideal last stop; but they took great care of her (and our family) through her final chapter.
It’s dirty and don’t take care of the residents like they should need more staff and they don’t care about their staff
When I visit St. Francis there is always fresh water with fruit for the guests. We enjoy visiting the chapel with our relative and coming to mass. The care provided here is exceptional. If I have a question in regards to my relative there is always someone available to talk too.
St. Francis Home is more than just a nursing home and rehabilitation center. The employees here are caring, kind and take the time to make sure each resident is taken care of and is on the right path. When you walk the hallways the staff is always quick to say “hello” or ask “how are you today?”. It’s the little things like this that let you know you made the right choice by bringing your loved one here for care.
I enjoy the faith and family unity that St. Francis offers. The nurses, nursing assistants and staff care deeply about the residents here. I really like how they offer "men's night" where the men's club go out of the facility to the movies or to dinner to watch a game on the tv. I think that really brightens their day and gives them a chance to enjoy a day or night out.
Thank you for taking care of my father Kenneth C. Green!
In regards to reviews you see here: one is from a disgruntled ex-employee so disregard! I have had a different, positive experience at St. Francis Home. I have, since 2015, had responsibility of care for my aunt and uncle. My uncle passed after 2 years at St. Francis Home. My aunt is still in their care. They were in 2 different homes before I decided on St. Francis Home. They are compassionate and kind people. They will work with you on any problems you have. St. Francis Home is not dirty!! Visit your loved one often. You w... read more
This place is dirty. Took 20 minutes to answer a call light for bathroom assist. They left to find out if it was a one or two person assist. Pressed the button 30 minutes later to see whats taking so long and they came immediately to help. They couldn't find her clothes she brought in yesterday... over 24 hours later no clothes. Laundry is gone... as im walking out I see her laundry sitting exactly where I was told to place it yesterday and was assured laundry would take it back to label it. I asked the nurse for labels and ... read more
