If I could give this nursing home zero stars, I would. I agree with the other poor reviews and we are not surprised. Our experience here was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. Our loved one suffered a fall and was left unattended for a long time — and worse, we were never informed. The lack of communication and basic care was alarming.
