If I could give this nursing home zero stars, I would. I agree with the other poor reviews and we are not surprised. Our experience here was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable. My father suffered a fall and was left unattended for hours — and worse, we were never informed. The lack of communication and basic care was alarming. When we attempted to raise our concerns and request a meeting with management, we were met with resistance, avoidance, and what felt like a deliberate cover-up.
