Myself and mum booked the ‘Lazy Pamper’ spa day for 24th September and was extremely disappointed with our experience. To start, we couldn’t get through the barrier to get into the St David’s area. We rang the bell 3 times with no answer, actually phoned the spa reception and also the restaurant- all without an answer. We were sat waiting for 10 minutes before someone pulled up behind us and was able to let us through - it was lucky he turned up otherwise, we wouldn’t have got in. loved our spa day today. Lovely staff and nice food! will definitely be coming back, great value for money
Came for light bite and treatment package (which obviously included use of facilities). No staff available at reception when we went to book in, we waited with another couple for 20 minutes before asking staff at restaurant for help. Food was good to be fair. Pool was cold, hot tub out of use, pool jets not functional, pool waterfall also broken. Sauna was working thank god...
