I have been at St David's Care Home Ealing for some 4 months now. Overall I am quite satisfied with the services provided, although there are some lapses. The really good thing for me is the Activities Room. The staff, led by Agata, are hard working (sometimes under difficult circumstances) and organise varying activities on a daily basis. WOW! What can I say. The moment we stepped into the Care Home, we knew that this was the place for my Father. Continuous attention/care for my Father. Wonderful care and empathy for my Mother who visited everyday. The care / dignity given to my Father (Resident) was truly respectful. Every single member of staff that we met was caring and always smiling, so happy to go out of their way to to do whatever it takes. Thank you for looking after him.
Under new management since July 2024, St. David's Care Home is outstanding: it's well organized with an extensive range of available services in a light, newly decorated traditional building set in grounds which are easily accessible to residents and visitors. My husband, with advanced dementia and complex non-reversible health conditions, had a bedroom with ensuite wet-room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and easily personalized; while he wasn't the easiest to please, he settled in immediately and regarded St. David... read more
I am glad to see new culture changes in organisation, new positive vibes from an inspirational manager and the quality of services much improving. Hard work for everyone and little frictions with the staffing levels, hopefully beeing solved when possible.Wishing families to be more comforted and some more proactive staff.
