Banks going downhill. Remodeling locations and gettin rid of tellers. Fewer staff to help you. 2025 update: called for a car loan, all loan specialists were busy and she took my name and number to be called back. Apparently that doesn't mean same day. Wonder if that might be tomorrow?

I went here around Christmas time with the intentions of opening an account purely to check how user friendly their app was before transferring my funds from a large bank to a local credit union. The worker (Lydia Baker) told me that she refused to do that. She very bluntly told me she would not waste her time opening an account for that purpose.
