I absolutely love love this bank. Every employee is so kind and friendly and answer all questions with upmost answers. Before I started banking here I didn't like a certain bank but they've brought my trust back.
Barb is a rude, insanely unprofessional loan officer. Has no phone etiquette whatsoever and makes slights towards a person's financial situation. To deny somebody a loan is fine, but to refer to somebody as "struggling" and "having hardship" and being annoyed when somebody calls in to follow up on a loan is rude beyond belief. Doesn't know how to read emails and changes tone after running credit checks. I want to give a special shoutout to the Becker team at SCFCU. I have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with everyone here, with a special shoutout to Barb. I have had SEVERAL issues with the St. Cloud phone center and will request to talk to Becker because of the great team there. Thank you for all your hard work!
Whomever I spoke with on the phone regarding my account was beyond rude. Trying to understand something and she was short, dismissive and degrading. Not what I've come to know of SCFCU!!
