I am very disappointed how SCFCU are handing the stimulus payments from the IRS, this bank knows these payments from the IRS will be available yet they hold the deposit in the account for more then 5 days . American People are need of these funds! This bank just want to collect interest in these checks. They do care about their members at all.
Member for 20+ years now dealing with their bs on deposits for my protection. A cashiers check from a major bank, they have to hold for a week. Very disappointed that in 20 years I've never had a deposited check not go through and this the proceeds of a home refinance has to be held. What a joke. The banks are all about using your money and now this outfit is no different. Leaving asap. Lousy service on top of the hold, very disappointed soon to be former customer.
