I wish I could rate y’all a -10!!!!Buyers and clients looking to buy moda-PLEASE BEWARE!!!! They promised to deliver our townhome in NOVEMBER 2018-it’s APRIL 2019 -the place is still not ready. Fake promises one after the other-the guys have zero construction knowledge. They have a very one sided contract! No full information is given to the BUYER!
