About this business
The St. Christopher's Thrift Shop has been a tradition for over 45 years. It was started by a group of young St. Christopher’s mothers with their leftovers from a church garage sale. In 1980, the thrift shop moved to its own building on the church campus - entirely paid for by proceeds from the thrift shop. The young mothers became grandmothers but continued the work. In October 2014 the resale shop went under new management. Everything is now a LOT more organized, and all the prices have been slashed! I can't walk out of here empty handed! Definitely one of the best resale shops in Spring Branch, making a real comeback!! I highly HIGHLY recommend stopping in and seeing all the great new changes!!
The resale shop has a new manager (since late 2014) and is much improved. It was never open before (it closed at 2 or 3) but now it's open until 5 p.m. All prices have been slashed. Store is more organized, better displays - better stuff. It's a contender now. Also, I was told they will negotiate on price. As resale shops go, it deserves 5 stars especially for most improved.
