DON'T TRUST THEM. I had been signed up with them and used their transportation services a about two or three times--once already to the VA hospital in New Orleans. I have an appointment today. I called and scheduled transportation last week. Yesterday evening they called and said that I wasn't in their system. I had to cancel my appointment to have my eyes dilated and examined for diabetic retinopathy. I may need prescription medication to avoid blindness.
