Great experience opening an account at Saint Charles Bank. Very personable and professional.
Very poor customer service by Shelina Andani. Gave wrong information did not explain their process on new money . Attempted debiting various joint accounts without explanation. Cannot be expected to understand banking terms without explanation. Also I was told that my son had to docu-sign this account and since he was on vacation hiking this was an inconvenience .found out he did not need to sign a renewal . DO NOT USE THE ATM HERE! It has eaten my debit card the LAST TWO TIMES I've used it after hours. I can now not pay my bills on time, WOOT! this bank is terrible.
