Hello we have our grandfather that comes here to Saint Charbell’s care Centre for over a year. Now it’s been a great year. Many activities and I would rate it a 5 Most of the staff I helpful and any concerns are solved although there is one problem with this home and that is a particular nurse I think her name is SUSHMA. It is a not recommended centreif you want your loved ones to be hit get thirsty starved to be stinky leave them there They dont feed them if they needed help they chuck the food for them expecting dementia people to feed themselves Registered nurses some are very inhuman rude taking family sides n can use lies for their own benefit can be very unprofessional n lazy Workers not on high levels some can be ok We thought staff speak Lebanese but in fact are all nepalese Indians n africans Communication with non english speakers ... read more
