The staff, oh the staff is beyond amazing. The admiration, however leaves much to be desired. Brian is great as always, Krystal is cold and unappealing and the main nurse in memory care is abysmal at best. This is not what I would call a memory care unit. It’s an assisted living facility with lock down. It’s extremely expensive, the administration kicked my mom out because of incontinence, which the staff told me multiple times that most residents have, and didn’t understand why they were kicking her out. I always leave st Bernard’s feeling better !
My grandmother resides at the St. Bernards Villa and we've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The decor is very nice and reminds me of an upscale hotel. The taste and quality of the food served is excellent. I visit my grandmother every week and can attest to the consistency of the staff, environment, and food.
