I have heard great things about Dr. Muller and looked forward to my visit. That is until I arrived to find out they don’t accept my insurance which would have been understandable but for the fact the two girls and yes I’m saying girls that’s what they acted like rudely told me the situation. I can’t imagine why this was something I was asked over the phone when I made the appointment three weeks ago. Of course when I asked that I got eye rolls. Thank you for embarrassing me girls I appreciate it.

Today was my 1st visit at Dr Mullers office. I had an appointment for my son and I've been having issues with my eye sight lately so I asked if they could possibly fit me is too. The receptionist Said no problem and handed me papers to fill out. I appreciated that so much. Now we are both getting the glasses we needed. I was very impressed with the Dr and his staff�.
I've been going to Dr. Muller's office for 3 years and it has gotten terrible. I had a 10 am appointment and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes and then had to LEAVE because I could not miss my college class. I told them this several times and they did not care. Dr Muller is awesome but they need different people working in there. People that care and have a sense of URGENCY. I will never go back.
Good place. Everyone is nice and professional.
