St Basils Lakemba!!! Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I had to just so I could write this review. This place brought me pure disgust. Putting any family member in a home is heartbreaking enough, let alone going to visit them everyday and seeing how they have been neglected was worse. Although everyday we spoke to the "carers" to have him assesed by a doctor cause he couldn't walk, wasnt eating, wasnt drinking, they would tell you we will book an appointment for the dr to see him, yet they had no updates on file about what ... read more
We have my dad here, he has been here for 2 months now, they are amazing, so helpful, and very clean. There are staff everywhere to help you. The food my father loves it is 95% greek and includes stifado, fasoles, lentils, chicken soup, and greek coffee twice a day. So glad we put him there, he is happy, very well looked after and comfortable. Panayiota, and Evangelia are absolutely beautiful and so so helpful. The nurses really care.
