The tellers and management at this bank is amazing! Best bank ever!!
Went here yesterday and the parking lot wasn't plowed or treated but the bank was still open very dangerous
Very pleasant and helpful
I understand that I could have called ahead, but I needed change and they were the only local bank still open. Not much, just a roll of pennies, nickels, anything. After waiting in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes behind someone, I was HOPING that they might have spared me the "Do you have an account with us nonsense" and let me purchase a few rolls of pennies or nickels. Nope.
The hours at this branch are HUGELY frustrating. I have been a customer at this "establishment" for decades... back to when it it was American Eagle S & L when I was a kid saving for college. In my post-college, adult life I have always kept this account for "backup" savings for very specific savings needs. However, since the pandemic or whatever, I'm not sure what prompted it, they no longer have weekend hours and their one day of "extended" hours (extended from 4 o'clock to 5 o'clock which still screws anyone who WORKS unt... read more
