Extremely disappointing experience with this bank. Attempted to open an account online. Account was approved, I was given Routing and account numbers and money from my bank account was debited for the initial deposit. Within 30 minutes I received a call stating that I reside outside of their footprint and the account wouldn't be opened. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my funds back for my initial deposit. In the meantime, they mailed a debit card, 2 statements and a denial letter...but never refunded my d... read more
