This company has no loyalty to its customers. After 27 years and multiple accounts they will make you feel like a number. If you are looking for a place to put your money, pick another bank, maybe even hide it under your mattress!! If you need any help there is little chance of that happening. I have never been treated so poorly. The staff will make you feel like you are attempting to commit fraud when trying to deposit a CASHIERS check from a local credit union. This bank is so conveniently located. It looks very nice and Professional. One could go inside but there is also a walk up atm machine. And a srice through. This appears to be a great addition to our community. Be smart and support your own community.
This has got to be the worst bank I've ever been too. Family and friends have told me they've had similar experiences with this bank. My brother closed his account there because he was trying to deposit a check into his account and the woman working the window ask if the check was fake and wouldn't deposit it. What? He went to another bank that day and opened another account and deposited it with no issue.
