Well today I had a major issue with my bank card and called the 24 hour number and left a message for someone to please call me back that was at 10 a.m still no call nothing but a headache since DNB took over!

DNB FIRST practices the very unethical (according to the FDIC ) method of stacking in order to maximize overdraft fees for the bank and gouge their clients. SHAME ON YOU!
The hours used to be better but not anymore. Also my direct deposit used to clear on a Thursday, now it doesnt clear until Fridays mid day. Real convenient when you have bills that need to be paid. I am definitely closing my account after having DNB for 18 years
First of all your locations and hours are so inconvenient! I've tried to stick it out to support a small local bank but now you're charging me a $38 fee for YOUR error and refuse to correct it? I'm done! Closing my accounts today!
