This bank has been nothing short of spectacular with all my dealings. Cindy, the manager, is just a super sweet lady. Anything I've asked of her, she bends over backwards to help me. The tellers have always been so friendly and helpful. I like this bank, been here for 10 yrs now and not one problem. If you have a concern, talk to Cindy. She'll do everything she can to help you.
I went in to have my daughter's name put on my safe deposit box. I was told only 2 certain people could help me. One was with a customer. The other was doing something behind the counter. I was told to have a seat and wait. After 15 minutes, the employee behind the counter was waiting on several customers who came in. I guess she wasn't going to wait on us until people no longer came into the bank. We finally left. No one seemed to be concerned about taking care of my request. $180 dollars worth of over draft fees for a charge that I knew was going to hit and i put money in Friday night to stop from happening my account was good Monday then Tuesday the applied several overdraft fees even thou I would had been good if the first one hadn't made it negative $10!!! $180 dollars in over draft fees for going $10 negative that the money was in there the same day but S&T doesn't do the books on Saturday or Sunday so and apparently if its negative Monday the first thing they do is applied over draft fees n... read more
