A once good bank they couldn’t have fallen farther if they tried. S&T lost 5 accounts and an almost 2 decade relationship over $7. They sent new debit cards that failed after only 3 months of normal use. We requested a new card. $7. Asked for it to be waived because the card should not have failed. Denied. Sent to the branch with gas at almost $5 Denied. $7 or no debit card. OK. Went home opened new accounts with a credit union who happily gave us brand new cards printed on the spot. The attitude alone from this branch has made me switch banks
