Always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcomed. Whenever I have my dogs with me in the drive thru they give them treats!
Should be zero stars this branch of s&t bank is not very customer service antiquated at all I was there and sent away told there was nothing they could do for me with a check written on there bank and had to go to Philadelphia street main ofice to get it cashed because the teller and manager at homer city branch was rude and film me off that they couldnt cahs there own check even tho I had the wrighter of the check calling them to tell them it was there check and to cash it for me with my id and I had endorced the check thwy... read more
It took the attendant, Lisa Piper, 15 minutes to cash 2 checks that were 30 dollars in value, it is criminally inefficient.
