Great bank for my business needs.
Always friendly and helpful. No bad experiences!
The guys at the branch are great however. The heavy set white lady that works here is way out of control and needs removed. Very poor customer service rude and way out of line always nasty and when she was told about herself she blew things way out of proportion. Highly recommend staying away from this s&t
Terrible experience. Trying to close. It’s taken over a month just to get my appraisal and they are just sitting on theirs hands clouding other loans. Higher management is non responsive giving the the sense they don’t really care about us. Deadlines come and go and they all do nothing. You really don’t need to use this bank.
