I want to recognize the extra effort by Amir Salama at S&T Bank Penn Hills location. While at the bank with questions about credit application, Amir suggested refinance on my high interest existing loan. Amir’s applied extra efforts to gain my wife’s notarized signature from present distant location to finalize refi in January 2025 and home equity loan in January 2026. Amir kept me up to date through all aspects of these processes. Amir has made this a pleasant experience.

I've been with this branch for S&T for over 45 years I no longer live in the state but I still keep this account so when I'm in town I'm able to use it. However, recently I asked for my debit card limits to be raised they made me call the branch directly, she told me I didn't have enough money in my checking account to have my limits raised. I have been dealing with S&t Bank and its predecessor People's Bank for nearly 50 years. This Penn Hills location particularly and I have been very pleased with the management and tellers at the bank and have been very helpful. I have run my entire Business(40+ years) and personal banking (50+ years) through this Bank. There have been comments made about check cashing that people were not account holders and the bank is very protective of monies that S & T Bank are in care of.
