THEY WERE LATE paying my escrowed homeowners insurance payment. Now they're CHARGING ME MORE for my mortgage for THEM not paying my homeowners insurance on time? Then, they CHARGED ME A LATE FEE this month because of my escrow going up last month EVEN AFTER I came to the branch with CASH the day they called me about my escrow going up. NOT TO MENTION that I PAID EXTRA towards my initial mortgage payment that would've covered the escrow. I feel like they could've done better.
Friendly local bank with a helpful staff.
Horrible customer service, poor attitude. I think she was upset I interrupted her snack time as she clearly was munching instead of doing her job Tried to tell me that her branch can’t cash the check but other branches can? After I explained I talked to someone on phone, and verified with employer check was valid, comes back with oh well I still can’t cash it without a manager. Needless to say I will NEVER go to that branch ever again!
