Every time I go there I have the friendliest and nicest people possible I have already had got compromised card and they took care of it right away they investigated it and I didn't have to pay out anything
THEY WERE LATE paying my escrowed homeowners insurance payment. Now they're CHARGING ME MORE for my mortgage for THEM not paying my homeowners insurance on time? Then, they CHARGED ME A LATE FEE this month because of my escrow going up last month EVEN AFTER I came to the branch with CASH the day they called me about my escrow going up. NOT TO MENTION that I PAID EXTRA towards my initial mortgage payment that would've covered the escrow. I feel like they could've done better.
