Justin B and Eric S are the absolute best when it comes to customer service and taking care of their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Use this branch and Justin Brown specifically, can't recommend them enough!
I work with Justin B. on the banking side and Rob B. on the lending side. Both provide phenomenal customer service. Anytime there is an issue I call them up and they address it right away. I have a personal bank account and multiple business checking/money market accounts. I highly recommend this S&T branch for your banking and lending needs.
Kris is the nicest teller!
A place where they know your name, answer any questions you may have, and always willing to talk about options for solutions to financial situations. Only downside is they are only in tri- state areas, but I got checking account that reimburses using mac machines so that problem disappears.
