I would leave 0 stars if I could. My relative gave over $200K to St. Ann’s facilities in 2024. Over this past Memorial Day weekend, we visited her only to find her finger nails caked with feces, her bottom blistered from sitting in her soiled underwear for who knows how long, and her teeth rotting out of her head. This is at least the third time this has happened in the past six months. My mom went here three weeks ago .. most part good staff .. the problem I have is my mom deteriorated within three weeks and passed.. three incidents reports .. my mom told me she had been thrown to the ground by a nursing aid .. two incidents she had fallen.. and was not supposed to be walking on her own .. then one supervisor told me a aid was fired for abuse she said she should have not shared this information.. doesn’t make Sense., it’s clean ., most nurses aids were amazing.. my moms funeral is this coming Monday..she p... read more
My mom went here three days ago .. the staff is amazing.. caring loving.. we got blessed.. when they took my mom .. my mom goes to the cafeteria and eats ..my mom is learning new things every day .. I can’t thank the staff and caring center enough.., this is a miracle I have been praying for .. thank you so much !
My parents spent a year at Cherry Ridge Assisted Living facility (The Glen) after brief hospital and transition facility stays. They both had Cherry Ridge at the top of their preference list of places to seek follow-on care, and working with Brian provided our family an understanding and professional experience with the initial registration. This facility has clicks, it's like being in high school. Instead of taking care of employees they let them get bullied and make up lies to fire people. Can't count on the D.O.N or HR. Called and no response.
