Please go see my review from the fairhaven location lol Marta at the Dartmouth location went out of her way to hear me out about the frustrating experience I encountered at the Fairhaven location. Marta was able to validate with me that it is correct for customers to report they are traveling out of state so that no hold on my card usage is incurred. Don’t even think about banking with them I’ve genuinely never had a good experience with st Anne’s but this time was my last straw. Called and asked about how I can deposit coins. Was told they prefer rolled coins okay I go out buy rolls and roll my coins. Bring them in and this tall man already gives me an attitude and says there’s a machine for that I tell him they are rolled and he says under his breath “fine I guess” continues to take other customers and then after tells me that I have to break every roll and put it into... read more
Just bank somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation and headaches. Been banking with St Anne’s for 15 plus years and it will be stoping. Staff mostly managers there don’t know what they’re doing. I call to talk about a overdraft that was on my account and why it was returned, they proceed to tell me that the limit was changed because I need at least $3000 in direct deposit into the account a month so I said Oo your right I have almost double that so I was put on hold and then she comes back and proceeds to tell me it ... read more
