Everytime I come to this location, shout out to the teller named Karen, I have a problem. This is so exhausting. I go to this location today 08/28/2025 to report that I will be traveling out of state, Karen says “we don’t require customers to report this anymore.” Interesting, I regularly travel out of the state and go to the North Dartmouth location, inform them I am traveling and they notate the dates on my account and tell me I am good to go. Tellers are so rude! If you hate your job so much find a new one.
Hands down the BEST BANK, (sorry, credit union), EVER! The tellers are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! Two weeks ago, some douche who stole my old phone somehow got into my account and stole $125. St. Anne's reimbursed me IMMEDIATELY, before even doing their investigation, so I wasn't without that money! I appreciate how they care about their customers !
