Nikki and all staff at St Andrew’s Tallebudgera are so supportive and have made the move into aged care for our loved one an easy decision. All the care staff are incredibly kind and caring, and all residents appear to be happy and supported. The grounds are set in a beautiful leafy area, which creates such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful place for residents and for visiting family members.
The staff at St Andrews are nothing short of exceptional. The team at St Andrews are genuine, welcoming and caring.
St Andrew’s age care facility first appealed for its beautiful setting and well designed interior, but that was soon surpassed by the amazingly friendly and competent staff. This is the home away from home that we all want for our loved ones. The kindness, enthusiasm & good humour that this facility exhibits reflects in the happiness of the residents. My father was in hospital and was having a very hard time trying to get out and navigate the process into aged care. Nikki was a true angel guiding us and helping us, she went above and beyond. We finally managed to secure him a place at St Andrew’s, Lutheran services and it’s been a literal life saver for not only my father but also his family.
