Dad has been at St Andrew’s for nearly four years. We cannot fault the level of care he receives. We live 3 hours away and when we need help doing things for him the staff are always great. From the nurses organising specialist appointments and the paperwork involved to the Administrative Staff printing off documents and sending them back to us. Nothing is ever a problem. My mum has been in care at St Andrews since early this year and she is enjoying the engagement with the activities and outings. Although not all of them suit her, they certainly offer a great range of activities with something to suit everyone. The admission process was fabulous. I was assisted and supported throughout the entire journey. All of the staff have been amazing. Caring, kind and they even get mums naughty sense of humour. Thank you team.
Nikki and all staff at St Andrew’s Tallebudgera are so supportive and have made the move into aged care for our loved one an easy decision. All the care staff are incredibly kind and caring, and all residents appear to be happy and supported. The grounds are set in a beautiful leafy area, which creates such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. A wonderful place for residents and for visiting family members.
