My mum passed away after being found unconscious face down outside by another resident. This was the dementia ward and mum was a high falls risk. I had pleaded them to put more staff on and put surveillance cameras in but they did not listen to me. And the result was my Beautiful Mum suffering from multiple head injuries that not only caused her to go blind but after 7 excruciating weeks, she passed from the bleeding on her brain. These people are the absolute best around! Respectful, loving and welcoming and treat my grandfather as if he was part of their own family.
