I hate to say it but I am very unhappy with St. Andrews, they do not tell you or send you anything about how you parent is doing, and than they did not try to find other in my family to let them know that the person whom we love could be having a Heart problems, just left a message on answer machine. they had other numbers, which they have called before but did not... our parent was in the hospital for three days before we knew and what it they had pass away.
