Alisa was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and was even able to recommend stretches to help with my neck issues. I would definitely recommend her for a massage! The space is very clean and private, overall a great experience.
I had stress and sore muscles and I felt like a stress- free jello of a human when I left. Definitely the best massage I have ever had.

I initially got a massage from Alisa as a one-off special occasion but I keep coming back because of how pleasant and helpful she has been! She has the knowledge and skills to truly help improve problem areas. I typically leave a massage wishing the masseuse used more pressure but Alisa provides just the right amount. In the sports massage, she guides you through deep stretches to release tension. She also provides you with stretches you can do at home that are tailored to your specific needs.
