called the company today and introduce myself, asked for the receptionist name instead of giving me her name she instead cut the call. I called back 2 more times and she never answered. what a joke.
Shopped at Nottingham store today. Peaceful shop. Leaving a 5 star review and thank you as the two ladies on shift were really welcoming and helpful in assisting me. Definitely a good place to shop.
This is the best home shop I have ever been to. It's very cute, vintage and it's very hard not to buy everything in there! This shop so deserves 5 stars without a doubt, but unfortunately I am knocking a star off purely because of the customer service of the staff in there. I am a regular shopper of sostrene. Every time I have visited, i get to the till and i am greeted with an unfriendly tone and manner which lets this amazing shop down.
