Extremely disappointing experience with OT Transportation. We thought we had a 5:55 PM shuttle pickup from EPCOT. At 5:57 PM, with no shuttle in sight, I called and was told it was just “running late” and would arrive in 12–13 minutes. So we waited. After more than 13 minutes passed with no sign of a shuttle, I called again—only to be told that the actual pickup time was 6:30 PM. Why not just be honest from the start? Recently tried to book with this company from Disney's Hollywood Studio back to our hotel and they stated that they would pick us up at 945pm then around 8 we called to confirm only to be told that they stop at 9.... I asked to get a refund since we were required to pre pay and they said sorry we don't don't do refunds.....
