Spoke to JUGRAJ SINGH rep , about a load from MO to FL , booked the load , passing 31 minutes I email him because my drivers previous delivery was delayed and let him know that we cannot make the 3:30 pm cutoff to pick up he went to tell me that I wasted his time and he will report my MC just for the curtesy of informing him asap about the issue . 31 minutes .......
