Had appt to fix my back pain. Dr Horschig is a genius with the exercise plan he gave me.
I had an incredible experience working with Dr. Aaron Horschig at SSM Physical Therapy. For 5 years I had been dealing with an outer hip/quad injury that not only made exercising difficult and very painful, but made every day activities and even sleeping quite challenging. I had tried all sorts of different exercises, stretches, and forms of therapy and nothing was working.
