I can't believe the rudest experience that I have had with Katie, Therapist. I called to ask if they could send the paperwork a different way, as their email would not open to fill the paperwork out. I called today, Katie answered the phone and after I explained the situation and what I needed, she said the Corporate office has known this for awhile the paperwork will not open, but they won't do anything about it.
