I had a double mastectomy and needed PT to gain more range of motion, especially on my left side. Rachel helped me stretch and showed me several exercises. She was great. When I was backing out leaving the parking lot, I could actually turn my steering wheel all the way around with one hand, like normal again. I stopped immediately and called. The team here at SSM Health Physical Therapy are wonderful , compassionate therapist & staff. There are not many PT locations around that offer therapy for Lymphedema , but they do here at SSM Health PT . Since going here for Lymphedema therapy , my condition has improved quite a bit . Still have a long way to go , but with the help of the therapist , it is most certainly heading in the right direction . They have helped me in so many ways towards healing .
