Dr. Janet Eliot was the worst doctor I have ever seen. Not only did she miss my diagnoses, she verbally threatened and abused me 5x in this work injury visit. I'm 63 and an older nurse who didnt deserve this type of treatment. If you've got an appointment with her...cancel, go somewhere else. My friend had the same experience. Shame on St. Mary's for allowing this abuse. I'm permanently disabled now and she ordered no xrays, no light duty, no p.t., no nothing but slander. No compassion at all. We use Saint Mary's Occupational Health for all of our pre-employment physicals. Doctor Janet Elliot and her staff have always been knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.
Some of the worst customer service from the front desk. They really need to replace Julie.
Worked for the state. Something bad happened and I would have been better off seeking help in the back of a van. Not only is the doctor I worked with quite rude but they talk openly about your medical situation in main lobby. That was not appreciated.
