GAVE MY BABY THE WRONG VACCINE!!! AVOID this doctor’s office at all costs! Wow – I experienced the most incompetence I have EVER seen from beginning to end. A routine annual checkup for my three children became a three-hour ordeal. The front desk person was completely confused on how to check in our family and asked for help multiple times. I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 10:06am and waited in line until 10:11am and they said I would have to reschedule because I missed the 10 minute window. They've done this to me 2 times now and the first time I called and asked if I should still come or just reschedule, the lady said the Dr would still see me. But when I got there the lady said I was too late. I love my Dr but this is just ridiculous!!
