I have been ordering contacts at this specific clinic since I was 15 years old, I’m now 23. Like clockwork, every 3 months, I would call them to order my next box of contacts. For years the ladies that would answer my calls were always super nice and helpful and instantly knew how to bring up my previous order history for the start of the new order. doctor Lundgren was great to work with. The two people I had to work with to get lenses and frames were incredibly rued and unhelpful. I was trying to find a frame and after 5 mints he made the comment that "this one is going to take a while". if you need a new pair of glasses or lenses I would look for somewhere else.
