Husband is very happy with Dr. Lundgren, however glasses fitting in dispensary is terrible. Has been back 3 times with new glasses that are constantly falling down his nose & last time was told that was all they could do and don’t bother coming back. We won’t be back. This is the 2nd time we have had this issue and will now be looking elsewhere after exam
Dr. Lundgren gets 5 stars - he's the best and always gets my prescription correct and truthfully, the only reason I come back to this clinic at all. However, this clinic mails me letters (can't pick up a phone, literally) and when I do call them to schedule I have to call multiple times, be on hold for 10-15 minutes, and try again later. One lady who has been there for a while (at least a couple years) that answers phone is very rude and snippy and she was in person as well. Very friendly people there
I can read small print much better with a much older pair of glasses than I can with a brand new pair of glasses I just got. Office girl said I have to get use to the new pair. I will find a new place to have my eyes tested and for eye wear.
It's so sad that I've called three times last week and twice this week, and after waiting 20 minutes each time, I haven't had anyone take my call. I can only imagine that I'll have to wait a couple of years for appointments or drive two hours away... I'll have to go to some other chain, I guess. Saving time and a headache, I'll just call another option!
