Terrible customer service. I have been an account holder for more than 10 years, now they cannot find my account and have no interest in helping me.

TERRIBLE customer service. We have had to fight for them to release funds to my daughter because her father passed away. We have submitted all documents and still cant get the transfer made. We are going on three months and still not resolution. Absolutely ridiculous.
I have been trying for 2 months to transfer money from one of my accounts. I have called nine times so far (almost 2 hours on the phone), each time I am told it is being worked on and will be accomplished in 2-3 business days. I was finally able to talk to a supervisor who informed me that they just recently submitted the paperwork for the transfer, but couldn't explain why they didn't submit the paperwork 2 months ago when I called.
