Ordered a sweater from them and received a size that was too big. When I tried to return it, they rejected the request, claiming the sweater had been worn, smelled of cologne, and had a stain on it. So not only did I receive what seems to be a used item, but they also refused to take it back and blamed me for the condition. Completely unacceptable.
i thought they were out of bankruptcy and should do better service. Order placed three days ago but still havent been shipped. I am expecting that bag to go with my trip and it looks like it wont arrive on time to get that :-(. thumbs DOWN
