Love the piece of clothing I received. But a week later, there’s a 20% sale and they refuse to adjust the price! It decreased the quality of my overall shopping experience, waiting on the phone just to be told that the code I received by email would not work on that specific item for some unknown, unspecified reason. Not the end of the world, but still annoying. I’ll think about it twice when I’m shopping at this store now, which is too bad because they have some nice articles.

The best client care you could ask for, they are sooooo nice there. They also have the best selection for Canada's fashion scene. Be aware that you do have to book an appointment to see specific items.
