Checking out the storefront while visiting Montreal was on my list. The Sales Associate was friendly but overall selection was lacking. Was hoping for a more luxury experience or better selection
The team was really lovely! But the experience was terrible—everything is locked up so it’s hard to hold it up to yourself, it took more than 15 minutes for them to bring items to try on and they couldn’t find a couple things that were allegedly in stock. Selection was tiny given what’s online and the space available. I’m a longtime online shopper and was excited to check this out but would not go back unfortunately.
I’m a long time customer and have shopped at Ssense’s online store for nearly 10 years now. Staff is super unfriendly and had a very disappointing experience during my first in-person visit.
