Got a refund on our order and very dissatisfied with the caliber of the sales associates. We walked into days ago, made a quick decision on a checkered tile that we wanted - got the quote and were asked to come the next day to ensure availability of stock. I decided I wanted samples and came by the store the next day. Highly recommend this store for selection and customer service. Marc C gave great advice and went the extra mile to suggest options, get samples, and work with out tight timelines. Bought a gorgeous terrazzo inspired tile and a classical onyx. You might think you need to visit the big tile stores downtown and see a hundred more tiles, but honestly, you don't. This store has everything and some unique European tiles others don't carry. No need to go anywhere else.
A friend suggested I visit this showroom for my kitchen backsplash. They have beautiful tiles but their customer service skills are severely lacking.
Ordered some tile, called in to increase the amount. When I arrived to pay the difference, turns out they never ordered the additional tiles. Had I not taken the initiative, would have waited to find out that they didn’t order enough.
