I have no luck with getting in contact with these people & they never return my calls.
Update: Last week, Stacey did reach out and provide clarity and guidance concerning next steps. As a couple of you have shared, my 2017-18 taxes were audited because pertinent information was not included. While I understand schedules aren’t “normal”, I have been trying to contact someone in the office via phone, FB, and email since 12/19 (when I received the correspondence from the IRS). Can others share how they were able to get assistance from Stacey? Greatly appreciate it, Dimetri
