I made a call to Steven in the morning relating to an issue with our hot water. Despite already having a day’s worked planned, he was able to make time to come and take a look at the problem early in the afternoon. He was able to quickly diagnose the fault, source and replace the faulty part, in this case a faulty blending valve. From first arriving it took less than an hour to resolve the problem. BE WISE and choose other company ! I had my AC unit installed by SS GAS Plumbing and heating and had issues from day one, which never got resolved by them. AC unit was never fully functional as it only worked for 1 or 2 days after they tried to repair it. I do NOT recommend SS GAS Plumbing and heating as I spent almost £1500 pounds for broken unit and no AC working.
we have used them SS gas multiple times they installed our gas and water pipes in our new kitchen as well as helped us install a new boiler. When our old boiler stopped working and SS Gas were a god send, they walked us through our options and replaced our old one with a combi boiler a short time frame. We could not recommend them highly enough.
