I've been a customer at this shop before when it was called SS Audio, however on my most recent visit my experience was atrocious. I had my old wiring from my previous vehicle and my old sub/amp. The wiring needed a new fuse holder, and my amp needed a screw for the 12V connection. My installer completely ruined the install. First, he installed an 8AWG wire to my 4AWG with an inline 40AMP fuse for a 60AMP amplifier. I recently bought a Kenwood nav unit for my Dodge Challenger. I was hesitant because I'm kind of a nube with $$ etc...I chose this place because of the high google reviews and I was not disappointed. I mainly dealt with Larry and he was the subject matter expert. I ordered the unit and it was installed 2 days later. He did a great, CLEAN install and I couldn't be happier. You guys rock!! I bought my son a system from SS Audio about 10 months ago. Somehow the RCA cables to one of the amps was sheered off. I took his car in with no appointment to have the stereo fixed. The guys (sorry I didn't get names) took it right in and fixed the problem. To my amazement, there was NO charge. I am very impressed with the customer service and highly recommend them.
