My time with the Men's group At SRWC was very pleasant. I've recently completed it. It never felt like a chore and did raise my quality of life as well as help reintroduce creativity back into my life with some of the activities involved. Matt is an outstanding, easy going instructor. Thanks for making it such a fluid and welcome course.
