Absolutely fantastic and caring
If SRT didn't have exclusive coverage in my area, they'd probably be out of business. Once a year, I have to call them to sort out payment information even though payment information has not changed since the previous year. Notifications take a minimum of two months to reach me. By then, it's three months in the rears and I have to pay three months at once, through no fault of my own, or get my internet cut off. SRT is the best telecom/internet provider I’ve used the last 20 years. Great service, no hidden or junk fees. Outstanding rates. Definitely recommend!!
Best costumer service. Came home to no internet, they send someone out at 7pm to fix it!!! Couldn't believe how fast they remedied the situation!!!
