Srt remotely disarmed my security system without my permission. If you’re looking for security system, I suggest go somewhere else you don’t know what they’re going to do if they will automatically disarm your system at any time that their personnel wants to.

We were changing POS systems. I found out pretty late in the game that I needed everything hardwired in. I had also moved the time table of set up from 2 months to 3 weeks (before I really realized what I needed to do). I absolutely needed CAT5 cable strung through our building (and quickly) for it to work. It was hard because I barely knew what I was asking for. I have used SRT in every place I have lived around here and the customer service is impeccable. The customer service representatives are so kind nice patient, and they really go above and beyond to help you solve any issues you may have! Thanks srt for helping me figure out that it was my fault that our Wi-Fi wasn't working really you guys fabulous customer
