My internet went down on a Sunday. Great service from Terry. He quickly came to my home and was very kind and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

SRT tech was here to install a router! I didn’t have to put rugs down for him to walk on. He had the booties to go over his wet and snowy boots. What an excellent way to assist the home owner. Tech was quick to install the router and yet took the time to walk thru the instructions with me. Totally satisfied with the service!! Thank you!!
