My first time, taking rides , terrible experience, left a pick up time way before my end of my appointment so i will get it on time waited almost an hour not only that but had another passenger in the car. Made my ride home even longer. FYI maybe these cars can be more clean which made me disgusted. Very dirty vehicles.
Absolutely the worst experience do not use them. MTM booked them for my return ride back, when I called to confirm the ride back they said within 30mins. After over an hour no one came and I was left abandoned at the doctors office. This company should be closed due to neglect again disabled bodies
